Registration and Payment
Fill in the registration form below with all the necessary information on the attending person; it is also possible to specify a different paying person/Institution.

Only credit card payment is allowed. The transaction is managed by PayPal. It is not compulsory to got a PayPal account: indeed it is also possible to directly typewrite the details of any accepted card choosing the option “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” (PayPal Guest Checkout).

You will receive the registration and payment receipts by email upon completion of the payment process (usually few minutes). No email is sent if the payment is cancelled or uncompleted.


Cancellation policy
Cancellations received no later than April 30, 2022 will receive a full refund less 50 Euro in processing charges. After April 30, 2022 no refunds will be given. All reimbursements are processed 4-8 weeks after the Advanced Course. Published on December 13, 2021.

    Italian Electronic Invoice/Fattura Elettronica
    Upon payment completion an Italian Electronic Invoice (Fattura Elettronica) will be emitted too. In case of paying Institution, upon request, it is possible to emit it in advance. Make it sure to fill in the fields Italian Electronic Invoice Identifier and PEC address if available.

    Dear User, with reference to the personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") provided by you in this form, in accordance with article 24 of the Italian law "D.Lgs. 196/03" (hereinafter referred to as "privacy law"), we are herewith informing you of the following:
    1. your data shall be processed by the Organisation of "5th Advanced Online & Onsite Course on Data Science & Machine Learning | August 22-26, 2022 | Certosa di Pontignano, Castelnuovo Berardenga (Siena) Tuscany, Italy" (hereinafter referred to as "ACDL") for purposes related to ACDL activity, including data filing and processing, and customer support. In particular, it shall be used to fulfill civil and tax law requirements, and for accountancy purposes;
    2. the data you have provided shall be processed in a computerized and/or manual way;
    3. the provision of your data is obligatory;
    4. in case you refused to provide your data, ACDL would not be able to accept your enrollment. Your registration may only be completed successfully if all fields marked by an asterisk are filled in;
    5. your data have been acquired through a request completed by ACDL and may be processed within ACDL, or it may be communicated outside ACDL to:
      1. to companies that are connected to, controlled by or affiliated to ACDL;
      2. to companies completing market research on behalf of the above-mentioned parties. Given that ACDL operates at international level, your data may be transferred abroad, also outside the borders of the European Union;
    6. any user is entitled to exercise their rights as per art. 7 of the Italian law "D.Lgs. 196/03" on the knowledge of the processing of their own personal data, or its deletion, updating, modification, integration, and anything else envisioned by the same article;
    7. holder of the data is the company ACDL. To the holder you may apply to exercise your rights envisioned by art. 7 of the Italian Law "D.Lgs. 196/03", mentioned in section 6 of this letter;
    8. within ACDL the person in charge of processing your data, according to article 7, of Italian law D. Lgs. 196 del 2003, is Giuseppe Nicosia. The complete list of data processing responsible is available at the corporate headquarters ACDL.
